When can I get my ebike?
Velowave's warehouse is located in California USA. Usually, your order will be processed and shipped within 24 hours of the working day, signature required for delivery.
-Does electric bike come with assembled?
-It is 85% pre-assembled. You just need to install the handle bar, the front wheel, the light and the pedals, which takes about 15 minutes. You may folllow our instruction manual in the package or find the assmebly video on our product page.
-Can I get customer support easier?
-We care about our customers, your satisfaction is our top priority. Any questions, you can let us know through the order directly, all emails would be replied in 24 hours.
-How can I turn on the headlamp?
-Once the panel is on, hold the “+” button on top for about 2 seconds. You can then turn it off with the same button or turn off the bike and the light will go off too.
-Does this ebike has cadence pedal assist or torque pedal assist?
-Yes, both of them approved.
